8 Day Classic Safari Nothern Circuit

DAY 1: ARRIVAL KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

On your arrival we will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your booked lodged in or around the city of Arusha. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Arusha City

DAY 2: DRIVE ARUSHA TOWN-TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast, we will go for half day game drive in Tarangire national park, a home of one of the large-sized elephants and baobab trees. Here you will also encounter a number of other ungulates such as zebra and a variety of antelopes and also carnivores. Dinner and Overnight at Roika tented lodge/equivalent

Day 3:  LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will drive out of Tarangire and go for a game drive (with picnic lunch) in Manyara national park where we will enjoy natural hot spring from the great Rift Valley which cross lake Manyara. Lake Manyarara national park is also a man and biosphere reserve with a diverse harbitats including evergreen under-ground water forests. You are expected to encounter a number of water birds in the Lake Manyara and many other herbivore species such as giraffe, wildebeests, and even buffaloes and if you are lucky, enough may see tree-climbing lions on the acacia trees. After the game drive, we will get out of the park and drive along a rift valley escarpment climbing tarmac road to Karatu township where you will have a rest, dinner and overnight. Dinner and Overnight at Kitela camps/equivalent

Day 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will take your lunch box and proceed to Serengeti National park via Ngorongoro Conservation area. On our way we will pass through the Crater rim where you will have a slight test of the Ngorongoro Crater by viewing it from above. Our journey to
Serengeti will take about 5 hours to Central Serengeti (Seronera area), where we will have a few hours of game drive and then go for dinner and overnight at KatiKati camp. Dinner and overnight at KatiKati camp/equivalent

Day 5: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI

After breakfast, we will leave (with your lunch box) for early game drive to see the sunrise in Serengeti, followed by a long game drive. On this day we will spend the whole full day in the Serengeti plains to experience the great wonders of the Serengeti including the largest
mammals migrations, and sighting of other amazing species such as the lions, and cheetahs. Later after the game drive we will return to the camp for dinner and overnight Dinner and overnight at KatiKati camp/equivalent

Day 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

In the early morning, the balloon safari drive will come to pick you up at the camp for an early morning balloon safari over the largest migration. The balloon will take to hover where the migration is and have incomparable opportunity to view thousands of wildebeests, zebra and other wild species on their move. After balloon, you will get a
breakfast, and then your guide will pick you to continue with a day game driver. On this day we may go as far as Mara River to this lifeline river for the park and the migration. However, seeing migration crossing the river, depends on the time of the year you visit the park.
Usually the migrations start crossing the Mara River from mid July. After your day game drive, we will get back to the camp for meals and rest. Dinner and overnight at KatiKati camp/equivalent

Day 7: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Have an early morning breakfast, and then start your day (carrying your lunch box) and depart for Ngorongoro conservation area. On this day we will go to see the shifting sand, footprints of the early man, Olduvai archaeological historical site, a place where the skull of
the early man was discovered. You will also have an opportunity for local culture experience by visiting maasai boma to learn about the maasai culture. Later in the evening we drive to your camp in the Ngorongoro conservation area for dinner and overnight. Dinner and
overnight at Ang’ata camps Ngorongoro/equivalentbreakfast, and then your guide will pick you to continue with a day game driver. On this day we may go as far as Mara River to this lifeline river for the park and the migration. However, seeing migration crossing the river, depends on the time of the year you visit the park. Usually the migrations start crossing the Mara River from mid July. After your day game drive, we will get back to the camp for meals and rest. Dinner and overnight at KatiKati camp/equivalent

Day 8: NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA TOWN/AIRPORT

This is the last day for your trip and is set to be more relaxing and enjoyable. Therefore, after breakfast, we will descend the crater while carrying your lunch box. This breath-taking natural feature is the world largest intact caldera with amazing wildlife and of course a place
to meet all the Big Five. After crater tour, we will ascend and drive back to Arusha town for your overnight at booked lodge or transfer you to the airport for the your flight back home.
